Galaxy W I8150 là một trong số bốn model Galaxy giá thấp vừa được Samsung trình làng vào tuần trước. Đây là mẫu smartphone tầm trung chạy hệ điều hành Android với cấu hình được kế thừa từ model Galaxy S Plus. Máy có vi xử lý lõi đơn Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon tốc độ 1,4GHZ, đồ họa Adreno 205 GPU và 512MB RAM. 
Model này còn được trang màn hình công nghệ LCD với kích thước 3,7 inch độ phân giải 480 x 800 pixel. Galaxy W có đầy đủ các kết nối Wi-Fi, A-GPS, trong đó HSPA tốc độ lên tới 14,4 Mb/giây. Camera 5 Megapixel hỗ trợ quay phim HD 720p và pin 1.500 mAh.
